Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This policy describes how Technology BSP ("we," "us") handles information when you visit technologybsp.com, call us, or receive remote support. The short version: this website has no accounts, no contact forms, and no advertising trackers; payments are handled securely by Stripe; and we collect only what's needed to provide support.
Information we collect
- When you call us: your phone number, your name if you give it, and any voicemail you leave. We use this to return your call and provide support — nothing else.
- During a remote support session: whatever you show us on your screen and the information needed to fix your problem. Remote access is granted by you, is visible to you for the entire session, and ends when the session ends. We do not retain copies of your files.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and reliability. The site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
- When you pay for a session: payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your name and card details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number. We keep records of what was billed and paid for accounting purposes.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to you, deliver the support you requested, and bill for time worked. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate — such as Stripe for payment processing — and we do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Remote session software
Remote sessions run through established remote-access software. During a session, connection data is processed by that software provider under its own privacy terms.
Data retention
We keep basic records of who we worked with, when, and what was billed, for accounting purposes. We do not keep copies of your personal files after a session.
Your choices
You can end a remote session at any time. You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (719) 208-4791.
Children
Our service and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
