This page explains how TechBSP handles information submitted through website forms, the website assistant, newsletter signup, optional text message consent, and related inquiry paths.

Email and text communications are used only for requested follow-up, subscribed updates, or consented messages.
Service providers
Cloudflare, Turnstile, Google Sheets, and email tools may help process, protect, store, or send information.
Information collected
Audit and contact forms may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, company size, industry, primary interest, current tools, priority audit focus, timeline, message, and whether you chose to receive text messages. Newsletter signup collects your email address. Website submissions may also include basic technical context, such as country and referring page. Cloudflare and Turnstile may process security signals, such as IP address, to verify submissions and reduce spam.
How information is used
TechBSP uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, discuss possible next steps, provide requested communications, operate the website, maintain business records, record consent choices, and protect forms from spam or misuse.
Website assistant
The website assistant sends your questions to Anthropic to generate a reply. Conversations are recorded by TechBSP, including the question, the answer, and basic technical context such as country and referring page, and are used to improve the assistant and understand what visitors ask about. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies each message and may process security signals such as IP address. Please do not enter passwords, account numbers, client records, or other sensitive information into the assistant. Use the contact page for anything confidential.
Newsletter and promotional messages
Newsletter email addresses are used to send practical guidance about AI, automation, technology strategy, and business systems. TechBSP may also send occasional service updates or promotional messages related to those topics. You can opt out of newsletter or promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting TechBSP through the contact page.
Text message consent
If you provide a phone number and check the optional text message consent box, TechBSP may send text messages about your inquiry, audit request, requested services, scheduling, or related follow-up. Message frequency varies based on the conversation and may be up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or requesting services.
Service providers and processing
Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions and, once configured, stored in Google Sheets controlled by TechBSP. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help protect forms from bot and spam submissions, an email or newsletter service may be used to send subscribed communications, and a messaging provider such as Twilio may be used to send consented text messages. Website forms do not submit directly from the browser to Google Sheets.
Mobile number non-sharing
TechBSP does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help TechBSP operate communications, security, hosting, form processing, or business records may process mobile information only for TechBSP business purposes.
Security and credentials
Google credentials and Cloudflare Turnstile secrets are kept in private Cloudflare environment variables. TechBSP uses reasonable safeguards for website form handling, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and removal requests
TechBSP keeps submitted information only as long as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, record communication consent, send requested communications, or comply with legal obligations. If you want your information removed from TechBSP records, contact TechBSP using the email address you submitted so the request can be matched to the right record.
Selling personal information
TechBSP does not sell personal information submitted through the website, and does not share mobile numbers for third-party marketing. If this changes, this notice will be updated.
